It is true, that no one can give you 100% assurance. Even the insurance company, insuring your car won't pay you money in case it is driven away. Still, there are some factors which guarantee my honesty.

• Reputation.
  It's not easy to earn it, but it can be lost in a moment, underlining everything by one careless action. One claim to the point would be enough to wind up my business. For 5 years of work with WebMoney system no claims were reported on my passport.
• Certified member of the system.
  Each member of WebMoney system can be complained to. One cad get rid of this complaint only via Webmoney Arbitrage (if the accused is guilty he has no chance), or to make a new passport (but the member of the system is allowed to have only one personal passport). Passport is also a “credit trace”. It can't be changed or replaced. That is why I'm interested in my clients' satisfaction about the quality of my service. • Passport of the registrar of the system.
  Passport of the registrar has the highest status among all passports, given to the members of WebMoney Transfer system. Passport of the registrar is given to its holder only after the personal meeting with the representative of the certification center in Moscow, signing the “Contract of guarantee” with an operator of the system, WM Transfer Ltd. and payment of 2000 WMZ bail.
• WebMoney Arbitrage is a kind of court. If the complainant is right, the electronic purse of the guilty is being blocked and money, if necessary, are paid back to a complainant.

• Business Level
  Each member of the system has a certain business level. BL is a personal integral characteristic of the business activity level of each WMID holder, calculated on the basis of WebMoney Transfer system active usage length, number of correspondents, with which the user had transactions; money amount of transactions held, existence of claims or positive responses about the user. • Date of the registration in the system.
  May, 2, 2006. The earliest registration date among users from Israel. This means we are the oldest member of WebMoney Transfer system.
• Openness.
  I give you a complete information. You know my name and other identification data.
• Guarantees of the state.
  My job is fully legal. Users of WebMoney Transfer system are protected by the law. In case there are serious controversial situations occurring, one can consult the law machinery and initiate real judicial proceedings.

It is easy to distinguish truth and false. In any case, you make the choice.
