WM-passport is given only after the personal meeting with me when during 1-2 minutes your documents and data, entered on the verification center site are being checked, if everything is filled correctly – the option of giving the personal WM-passport turns on.

You have to take with you:

• real passport
• photocopy of your passport
• printed and filled in request on getting personal passport from the verification center site (it is necessary to sign it in during our meeting)

Detailed actions list for getting the personal passport:

1. Enter the Verification center.
2. Choose “Get verified” on the opened page or click this direct link. Authorize using WMID you want to verify.
   
   Fill in the form.
   Enter all the information and passport data accurate, without abbreviations, right as it is written in the passport
   
   . If you fill the form incorrectly, you would have to correct it. Please, save your time and fill in everything correctly from the very first time!
3. On the "Getting the new passport page" press Get a personal passport.
4. In the opened list of assessors, find me («Унеговский Евгений Семёнович», WMID 385480860126) and click get a passport link in this row. Come back to the control panel and pay the price of the passport using the pay link.
5. Passport may be given only after the personal meeting with you.
   
   For the personal meeting you have to connect me and plan the meeting. I am located in Jerusalem, but visit other cities in Israel and Russia sometimes.
   
   On the meeting it is necessary to take with you:
   1. passport (is showed);
   2. photocopies of the important pages of the passport (for Russian passports – 1st, 2nd, registration data);
   3. filled in and printed request of contender for the personal passport.
   
   
6. With you or in one day after the personal meeting I check the correctness of the information entered on the Verification Center site (look step 4), comparing this information with your documents. If everything is correct, I've got no claims and give you a passport. If there are some mistakes – you'd have to correct them. In this case your passport would be given only after you correct all inaccuracy will be corrected. Passport is given as a web certificate; the verification procedure doesn't suppose any paper “evidences” of your having a passport.
7. After getting the passport, it begins to act and you get all granted rights in the system. Do not give consideration to the status “Secondary check is not performed”. Once a quarter I send all verification documents to the Verification Center (Moscow), where they pass formal secondary check, as it required by the Regulations.
